IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) — A Marion man faces multiple charges after Iowa City Police say he displayed a handgun during an argument on the Pedestrian Mall early Sunday morning.
Police identified the suspect as 20-year-old Levi James Earl Heinzerling. According to a criminal complaint, Heinzerling got into an argument with a group of people, and witnesses reported seeing him show a gun.
Officers later found a handgun tucked in his waistband, and Heinzerling admitted to drinking before the incident.
