During the search at Bailey’s Water Street home, authorities reported finding:

Bailey appeared before Harrison Chief Magistrate Frank DeMarco, pleaded not guilty, and remains presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Authorities also reported other incidents in the area over the weekend:

  • Darin Joseph Rheinhardt, 29, of Salem, faces a felony third-offense domestic violence charge. Deputies allege he threw an energy drink at a woman inside the Family Dollar in Salem. Deputies Donald Kraemer and Roger King responded. Rheinhardt pleaded not guilty before Magistrate DeMarco.

  • Dillion Buck Drain, 25, of Stonewood, was charged with felony strangulation. Officer Joseph Michael Matheny reported that Drain allegedly covered a woman’s nose and mouth and placed her in a chokehold during a Friday night altercation. Two witnesses confirmed the allegations. Drain also entered a not guilty plea before Magistrate DeMarco.

Court Proceedings

All three defendants — Bailey, Rheinhardt, and Drain — are presumed innocent under West Virginia law. Court dates and additional proceedings will be scheduled as investigations continue.

Community Safety Reminder

Harrison County authorities urge residents to stay vigilant, report suspicious activity, and avoid direct confrontations with suspects. Law enforcement officials emphasize the importance of community cooperation in keeping neighborhoods safe.
