Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help to find the shooter who killed a hip-hop artist in the city’s Overbrook neighborhood.
Quenzell Bradley-Brown, known as “IQ” (Infinite Quality), was a rising artist who loved to rap and had just begun touring.
“He left the house at 8 p.m. that night to get groceries for his family,” said his mother, Taneesha Brodie.
The 28-year-old husband and father of four was running an errand on Thursday, September 8, 2022, when he was shot multiple times near 63rd Street and Lebanon Avenue.
“His children miss him immensely. They are now without a father,” Brodie added.
Authorities are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
The family is pleading with witnesses to come forward.
“I am begging you to step up and do the right thing. This could happen to anyone, and you would want justice for your family. I owe that to him as his mother,” Brodie said.
