MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — A 36-year-old Morris Plains man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Labor Day, according to the New Jersey State Police.

The incident occurred around 1:32 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 1, along County Road 521 near milepost 38.2, said NJSP Trooper Christopher Postorino.
The victim, identified as Efrain AlvaradoMaradiaga, was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle southbound when the bike veered off the roadway, hit a tree, and overturned.
